Diversity Company Benefit Company

In May 2023, we amended our bylaws to become a Benefit company, combining the pursuit of profit with the desire to create social benefit, specifically focused on sustainability, biodiversity, and natural practices.
Diversity Ark Benefit Company Ltd is the natural outcome of our founding in 2022, with the Diversity Ark Certification Mark, our agro-ecological analysis activities, educational events, and our virtuous approach to nature.

As a Benefit Company, we aim to pursue one or more common benefit purposes in our economic activities and operate responsibly, sustainably, and transparently towards individuals, communities, territories, and the environment. As a Benefit Company, we aim to engage with third parties with the following objectives:

• Toward businesses: we aim to develop business models that improve agro-ecological balances;
• Toward citizens: we aim to raise awareness about tangible agro-ecological aspects that affect environmental health, agricultural areas, and the people who work in them;
• Toward entities in the Third Sector, including Non-Profit Organizations and Associations: we aim to involve these entities in educating and raising awareness among citizens and the community on environmental issues.
